Why US embassy move to Jerusalem in May is a wink from above

The US State Department announced they will open a new US embassy in Jerusalem in May of this year, coinciding with Israel’s Independence Day. The official document reads, “In May, the United States plans to open a new U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem. The opening will coincide with Israel’s 70th anniversary.”

For many Jews and Christians who are familiar with the ancient prophecies relating to the nation of Israel and the times of the end, this is hugely significant.

All the signs of the end that were foretold thousands of years ago are converging today right before our eyes, and the nation of Israel is itself the most obvious of those signs.

The birth of the nation of Israel in May 1948, for biblical scholars, marked the beginning of a generation that would see incredible things happening on earth, according to the biblical book of Mark (13:28-31), where the “fig tree” represents the nation of Israel.

If a generation is 70 years in length, Israel’s Independence Day celebrations this year marks the ending of that generation, telling us we are on the precipice of very significant events happening on a global scale.

The US embassy moving to Jerusalem at the same time may be a little nudge and a wink from the God of Israel, calling for everyone to pay attention.

With the other prophecies from the aforementioned biblical reference already happening today, such as earthquakes in various places, nation rising against nation, famines, wars and rumors of wars, we will certainly be watching this time unfold.
